Groups of 10 or more can book for activities without requiring a private event, unless privacy is preferred. We accommodate standard activity group bookings alongside other clients.
Private Events
We offer private events for groups with a minimum of 6 attendees. Private events provide an exclusive space for your group to enjoy our crafting services.
Age Limit
Our workshops are designed for participants aged 6 and up, ensuring accessibility to a wide audience.
Parking Information
Street parking is available near our Brookline store, with additional parking options behind the CVS Pharmacy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be considered valid.
Collection and Storage of Crafts
Crafts can be collected from our studio after 3 days of drying. They will be stored for up to one month due to limited storage space.
Refund Policy
General Policy
Given the nature of our services and the absence of guarantees for the final results of crafts, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a craft project has started. This policy applies to all our services and DIY kits.
Damage and Repair
While we do not offer refunds for broken crafts or changes of mind, we provide guidance and support for repairs, emphasizing the delicate nature of handmade crafts.
Materials for Crafting Sessions
All necessary materials are provided during crafting sessions. Participants may bring their own materials but should note that refunds for unused personal materials are not available.
